As you may have noticed, Google has updated its logo again. If you find it strange to have an icon for the search bar and one for the address bar, while watching the results page of Google, here I present a solution to alleviate your dismay.

can update the search engine plugin Google's Firefox, to display the new icon search:

1. download this plugin update Google search (just change the url of data: for the favicon).
2. Copy it into your folder searchplugins the Firefox profile directory (check the documentation for Mozilla-Hispano on Profile), overwriting the file google.xml .
3. Save the file and restart Firefox.

And presto, you have the updated favicon.
