How To Make A Metallic Dustpan

Find tabs in Firefox

By Percy Cabello

Open a link in a new tab is a very common task in current browsers, that allows us to have several sites open for a couple of minutes or seconds to check something. Unless you forget where the tab was just opened and read that page does not go unnoticed.

trick with a simple interface customization in Firefox, this becomes a thing of the past. In the picture below it, can you guess which of the tabs remain unread?

unread tabs

Yes, with the title in italics. To use this little trick, first find the file userChrome.css located Chrome folder inside your profile. If you do not see, copy the file userChrome.css -example to the same location y renombralo. Luego añade esta línea:

#content tab:not([selected]) {font-style: italic !important; }

Luego reinicia Firefox, y te será muy difícil perder nuevamente una pestaña. Ten en cuenta que, por alguna razón, mover las pestañas alrededor de una sin leer hace que esta vuelva a su fuente normal, por más que no hayas pinchado en ella.
