Mozilla has just released a new update to the current branch of Firefox. As is standard, this update offers a number of improvements in stability, and fixes security holes 9 [in] , including one labeled as critical [en] , which could allow execution of arbitrary code.
To get the update, select Check for Updates ... Help menu within , and follow the onscreen instructions.
Note that the critical bug has been fixed in this version is present in the latest Firefox 2.0.x (without stand in December), so there will be no solution to this release. Users of the Firefox 2 branch, should seriously consider upgrading to Firefox 3 as soon as possible.
